Products Description
Blackheads (also known as blackhead comedones) or oil plugs mainly occur in areas of the face where sebaceous glands secrete actively.
Where blackheads tend to gather
Nose and sides of nose
This is the most common area, because the sebaceous glands are dense and active, and the oil is easily oxidized to form black keratin plugs.
Forehead
The forehead belongs to the T zone of the face (including the forehead, nose, and chin), with strong oil secretion, which is easy to clog the pores and form blackheads.
Chin
The chin also belongs to the T zone, with active sebaceous glands, which may be accompanied by oil plugs.
Cheek
Especially in the cheek area near the nose, blackheads may also appear when sebum secretion is high. Some people have strong cheek oil secretion due to genetic or endocrine factors, and the risk is higher.
Other oil-rich areas of the whole face
Blackheads can appear in any part of the face where sebaceous glands are dense, such as the chin (below the chin) or the nasochete groove (near the nasolabial folds). Inadequate skin cleansing, cosmetic residue, high temperature environment or staying up late will increase the risk of blockage.

Core area: Nose > Forehead/chin > Cheek (mainly T-zone).
Cause association: Oil secretion + follicular keratin embolism + oxidation.
Susceptible groups: Adolescents, oily/combination skin (significant oil secretion in T-zone).
Daily cleaning of the T-zone should be strengthened, excessive use of oily cosmetics should be avoided, and regular work and rest should be maintained to reduce abnormal secretion.

The following are safe and effective blackhead removal methods that can be used in daily life:
1. Gentle cleansing + hot compress to soften (basic essential)
Partition cleansing
T zone (nose/forehead/chin): Use cleansing products containing amino acids and salicylic acid to focus on circular cleansing to dissolve oil plugs
U zone (cheeks): Gentle cleansing to avoid excessive stimulation
Frequency: Once in the morning and evening, if there is a lot of oil, you can increase T zone cleansing at noon
Hot compress to open pores
After cleansing, apply a 40℃ warm towel to the blackhead area for 3-5 minutes to soften the cuticle plug for subsequent cleaning.

Targeted blackhead removal (1-2 times a week):
Mud mask absorption: Apply a thick kaolin/charcoal mud mask on the T-zone for 10 minutes, wash it off with warm water in circles when it is half dry, deep oil absorption without damaging pores, suitable for most skin types.
Low-concentration acid: Apply a thin layer of 0.5%-2% salicylic acid or fruit acid cotton pad to the blackhead area at night, leave it for ≤5 minutes and then wash it off. Dissolve keratin plugs and prevent regeneration.
Cell clamp cleaning: After hot compress, use a round-headed cell clamp to gently squeeze out the blackheads (alcohol disinfection is required), accurately remove stubborn blackheads, and avoid tearing damage.

Methods for careful use
Nose patch/peel-off mask: Only for emergency use, frequent peeling can cause pores to loosen.
Folk remedies (egg mask/salt rub, etc.): Friction damages the barrier and may cause inflammation.

Product Features
Physical adsorption of blackheads
The strong adhesion generated by water-soluble adhesive or activated carbon ingredients (such as bamboo charcoal, sea mud) directly pulls out the oxidized oil plugs (blackheads) on the surface of the pores.
Applicability: It has a significant effect on shallow, open blackheads (such as the wings of the nose and the T-zone of the forehead).
Typical design: Peel-off disposable film (such as Biore, Meiji nose patch) or three-step extraction liquid + adsorption patch combination (such as three-step nose patch).
Softening extraction plugs
Some products are paired with extraction liquid/essence (containing butylene glycol and glycerin) to soften the cuticle and expand the pores first, thereby improving the efficiency of blackhead removal.
Production Ingredients
deionized water,carbon powder,poval, hamamelis virginiana extract,hydroxymethyl cellulose,glycolic acid,allantoin,essence.
How to use
Use after makeup removal and cleansing. Apply on damp skin of the nose area and leave on for 10-15 minutes. After complete drying, remove the patch by pulling slowly on the edges.
