How to use?

Clean the skin ‌
Wash the knee thoroughly with warm water or alcohol cotton pads to remove sweat, grease and residual drugs, and ensure that the skin is dry.
Check whether the skin is damaged, red, swollen or eczema. If so, do not apply the patch.

‌Trimming hair ‌
If there is a lot of hair on the knee, trim it appropriately to reduce the pulling of the skin when peeling the patch.

‌Test allergy ‌
People with sensitive constitutions need to cut a small piece of plaster and apply it on the back of the hand or arm, and observe for 30 minutes whether they are allergic.

‌Locate the pain point ‌
Confirm the pain point by pressing, such as around the patella, the inner and outer ligaments or the joint gap.

If the pain range is large, aim the center of the plaster at the most painful point and cover the surrounding area.

Keep the knee naturally bent (about 30°) and apply the plaster flatly to avoid wrinkles or bubbles.
After applying, press with the palm of your hand for 10-20 seconds to use body temperature to enhance the viscosity.

Generally, apply it for 4-6 hours a day, one patch a day.

Abnormal skin condition
Skin breakage, eczema, ulcers or infected areas are prohibited from applying the patch, which may aggravate inflammation or cause infection.
Allergic people need to be tested in advance (such as the inside of the arm to put a small patch to observe 24 hours).

Special Groups
Pregnant women are prohibited.
Nursing women, severe liver and kidney insufficiency is prohibited.
