2) The product is soft, light and skin-friendly, and is featured by high elasticity, breathe freely, waterproof, moderate stickiness and free from fall off in operation.
It can prevent disinfection from infection and keep the wound from water, bacteria and dirt;
the operation area can be clearly seen before operation, so the operating scalpel could be cut on the transparent film, in order to eliminate the un-killed bacteria within the pores and other places and effectively curb the bacteria from moving in operation;
the protection area may prevent cross-infection; and through this method will not bring skin irritation after operation, and will not leave glue when peeling, so time for clearing and four towels and other dressing can be saved.
Technical details:
Material: Water-based PU breathable film
Thickness 25-30 micron and 35-50 micro;
- barrier for fluids and microorganisms;
- no plasticizer or components leaching in water or oil;
- water vapor can penetrate but fluid cannot passed;
- elongation > 300%, Good Flexibility
- melting temperature > 150C;
- paper or PET release liner, can do based on customer's requirement.
- White or translucent matte, possible to have the film colored
- maximum 1000 mm wide roll, 1000m long per roll
