Tips for daily blister care
The specific treatment method for heel blisters needs to be selected according to the size of the blisters.
1. If the blisters are small and no infection occurs, no special treatment is generally required. Small blisters can be gradually absorbed through the body's metabolism, but still need to take some actions to take care of it. Try to avoid wearing hard shoes to avoid breaking the blisters and causing local pain.
2. If the heel blisters are large, the possibility of self-absorption is relatively small.
