Classification by wound type
Chronic refractory wounds
Pressure ulcers (stages I-IV): Ulcers on bony protrusions such as the sacrum and heel require foam dressings to absorb exudate, relieve pressure, and buffer friction;
Diabetic foot ulcers: Control exudate through vertical absorption, reduce the risk of infection, and promote granulation growth;
Venous ulcers of the lower limbs: Manage large amounts of exudate and use pressure therapy to improve healing efficiency.

II-degree burns: Maintain a moist environment to relieve pain and accelerate the epithelialization process;

According to the demand for exudate
High exudate wounds: such as infected trauma and large-area burns, choose the high absorbency of polyurethane foam to quickly drain exudate and prevent maceration; Low to medium exudate wounds: such as chronic ulcers or superficial abrasions.
Special parts and scenarios
Active part care: joints, elbows and other areas prone to friction, non-self-adhesive types require fixed tapes to achieve adhesion; Cavity/depressed wounds: Filled foam dressings can fit irregular wounds (such as deep pressure sores) tightly to avoid exudate accumulation; Sensitive and fragile skin: such as elderly patients or infants, choose low-sensitivity adhesives or non-adhesive dressings to reduce the risk of injury.

Precautions for use
Cleaning and drying preparation
Wound treatment
Before use, the wound surface and surrounding skin should be cleaned with saline or warm water to thoroughly remove necrotic tissue, dirt and old dressing residues. Avoid using irritating disinfectants such as alcohol and iodine.
Apply after drying the skin. Residual moisture or skin care products will affect adhesion.
Contraindication screening
Prohibited groups: those who are allergic to silicone or polyurethane components, third-degree burns and severely infected wounds (anti-infection treatment is required as a priority);
Caution scenarios: deep sinuses or wounds with a large amount of necrotic tissue that has not been cleared.
